1. INTRODUCTION TO RETURN AND REFUND OF inswalk

When placing orders in the inswalk store, please ensure that you have read, understood, and agreed to inswalk return and refund policy.

Returns are accepted if initiated within 30 days of the delivery status being successfully reflected in the carrier's system. You must email inswalk customer service within 30 days to request a return or refund. Any claims submitted after 30 days will NOT be accepted.

1.1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • The product must be purchased in inswalk store (a transaction receipt or shipping label and proof images are required).
  • inswalk return and refund policy applies only to incorrect, damaged or defective products.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition; they must be new, unworn, or unused, and in their original packaging, including all packaging materials, blank warranty cards, booklets, and accessories (if any).

We will not accept the return/exchange request in the following cases:

  • Change of decision.
  • The used products.
  • Loss of the supplied accessories.
  • Size/color matches the original order.
  • The product is an enclosed gift.

Please note: Any return or exchange requests must be approved by a store representative.

1.2. EXCHANGE POLICY

FREE replacement for defective products! We allow inswalk customers to keep items that cannot be resold, thus avoiding unnecessary waste.

Suppose we shipped the correct items/variants as you ordered, but they were damaged. In such a case, inswalk store will assist you in exchanging them for other items after you provide your accompanying video/photo evidence. We will process the information and send you a new order as soon as possible. This may result in a longer waiting time, so we hope for your understanding.

1.3. REFUND REFUSAL

Although inswalk committed to providing inswalk customers with the best value, we cannot accept returns/refunds in the following cases:

  • We sent you the correct item in the correct size and variant.
  • You refuse to follow inswalk return instructions and do not provide us with the necessary information.
  • The item was included as a gift.

1.4. RETURN/REFUND INSTRUCTIONS

  • Once you receive the item, you can submit a return or refund request to inswalk customer support team via email at cs@inswalk.com within 30 days of receiving the package.
  • The email should include the shipping label and photos or a video to confirm the incorrect, defective, or damaged item.

Please note that we are not responsible for cases where the customer returns the goods themselves without the shop's instructions and approval.

If both parties agree, the return package will be sent by the shipping company with a tracking number. The return shipping fee is borne by the customer. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages during return transit. Once we receive the package and it meets all the stated conditions, we will refund the order value to your account within 3-5 business days.

Please send us the transaction invoice or proof of purchase of inswalk products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

1.5. REFUND METHOD (IF APPLICABLE)

If the card is available, we will refund the funds received from you using the same payment method.

The refund may take 3-5 business days. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us at cs@inswalk.com for prompt assistance.

1.6. CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order after completing your purchase, please let us know:

  • Within 6 hours: Full refund of your order.
  • Between 6 and 12 hours: 30% of the total value of your order will be charged for storage, processing, and the payment gateway transaction fee.
  • After 12 hours: Your cancellation request will be rejected because your order is already in processing.

1.7. ORDER REVISION

If you would like to change the delivery address or an item variant (including size and color), please contact us within 12 hours via email at cs@inswalk.com. inswalk customer service representatives will be happy to adjust your order accordingly.

If you would like to make a change to the variant you ordered, please simply let us know the following:

  • The new order will have the same price as the old one. We'll help you make the change in inswalk system.
  • The new order will have a lower price than the old one. We'll help you adjust the price in inswalk system and refund the remaining amount to your account within 3-5 days (depending on your bank).
  • The new order has a higher price than the old one. We'll cancel your previous order and give you a discount code with the same amount as your previous order so you can reorder.
