1.1. ORDER & TRACKING
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 6 hours with your order number and purchase details.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time, please contact us at cs@inswalk.com for further information.
Your order will then be processed for storage, packaging, and shipping. This process typically takes 3-5 business days. Once preparations are complete, we will send you a shipping update via email with your tracking number. It may take 5-7 business days for your tracking status to be updated in the carrier's system and visible online.

inswalk has established a global network of factories and warehouses in various countries, particularly in Southeast Asia, primarily through inswalk partnership with the USPS and several other partners. As we ship inswalk products to customers worldwide, we strive to meet international standards and make every effort to continually offer new and improved products to inswalk valued customers.

Due to various factors that often affect international deliveries, such as holidays, customs duties, weather delays, pandemics, etc., we can only provide an estimate of delivery times.
We want to assure you that this is normal and will not affect the expected delivery date of your package. If the tracking number still doesn't work within a few days, please contact inswalk support team via email for further assistance.
1.5. INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided, especially the exact apartment number within a building. If any issues arise with your delivery address within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at cs@inswalk.com so we can assist you in correcting the issue.
If the package has been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot change your delivery address and assume no responsibility if the delivery address you provided is incorrect. The only thing we can do for you in this situation is to provide you with the carrier's contact information so you can contact them and correct your address.
We will refuse any assistance once the package has reached its destination country and
- The customer refused to accept the package.
- The number of attempts to deliver the package to the customer failed.
- According to the shipping department, the order shipping status showed that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
